Exchanges, complaints and returns

A guarantee (covering latent defects) as well as errors in the fulfillment of the order is granted for each product.

In the case of receiving erroneous or damaged goods, the platform [% SHIPPAGE%] undertakes to deliver the right goods at its own expense.

Each customer has the right to cancel the purchased product within 14 days.

Within 14 days the customer can exchange for a product in a different size or color.

The scheme of exchange operations:

First, select the order number where you want to exchange one or more goods. Then the products included in the selected order will appear. Choose the ones you want to replace and click "Continue".
Next, the parameters of the expected product are given, i.e. its color and size.
The next step is to determine the type of shipment you want to receive the expected product. The individual options show the amount you will have to pay by using quick payments, a traditional transfer or by paying with a payment card.
In this step, select the delivery address to which the expected goods are to be delivered.
The penultimate step is to choose the type of payment for the cost of shipping the expected item from [%NAZWA_SKLEPU] to the customer. It is not possible to choose a parcel with cash on delivery!
The last thing is to make a payment. If you want to use a traditional transfer, select from the displayed page "Bank transfer" (second row, third button).

After the procedure, the exchange is registered in our system and should be paid immediately. Without a correct payment, the exchange will not be carried out! Then just print the "Document of Exchange" (black-and-white) shown here and attach it to the item being replaced and send it to the address that will be displayed on the screen.

The replaced goods can not bear traces of use. We accept all forms of shipping, except for downloading!

First, select the order number where you want to advertise one or more goods. Then the products included in the selected order will appear. Choose the ones you want to advertise and click "Continue."
Then write the reason for the complaint, i.e. detected visual defects, wrong size, etc. Optional in this step is to attach photos. In this step you should also specify what you are demanding: "exchange for new and correct" or "refund."
If you choose "Exchange for a new", enter the delivery address in the third step (the form of the parcel will remain the same as in the original order) or if you wish to receive a refund, enter the bank account number to which the cash is to be returned.
Verification. This is the stage in which the Customer Service Office verifies the complaint application (within 1-5 working days). After this time, you will receive an e-mail message informing you of the next steps to be taken (ie sending the item back or keeping it without being viewed).

After the procedure, the complaint is registered in our system and you should be waiting for an e-mail contact from the Customer Service Office. The advertised goods can not bear traces of use. We accept all forms of shipping, except for downloading!

First, select the order number from which you want to return one or more items. Then the products included in the selected order will appear. Choose the ones you want to return and click "Continue."
Then write the reason for the return. In the case of a return of goods, we always return funds to the indicated account number, excluding the costs of the shipment.
Enter the name and surname of the account holder and the bank account number to which you must make a refund.
The last step is to print the displayed Return Document (it can be black and white) to attach it to the returned item and return it to the address that will be displayed on the screen.

The returned goods can not bear the trace in use. We accept all forms of dispatch, pr ection and download!
What goods can I not return?
The customer is not entitled to a refund in the case of ordering clothing with its own imprint and personalized clothing (ie produced under customer's guidelines, e.g. with the given name, date, name, etc.) in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014. Article 38, point 3.
